Interaction Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Grounds/ General Operative to join a team based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Flower bed edging
- De-weeding
- Litter picking
- Bin emptying
- Road sweeping
- General grounds maintenance duties
- House Clearance
- Manual labour as required
Role Details:
- Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 Pm Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM
- Pay: £13.90 per hour
- Duration: Temporary – immediate start, initially a few weeks/ Months, with potential for extension
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence – essential
- Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor maintenance experience – essential
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work xsabvtc in all weather conditions
- Able to travel to the site each day for a 7:00 AM start
