Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking to join a growing and innovative engineering company?
Our client, a respected manufacturer of Industrial and Marine silencers, is expanding due to increased demand and is seeking a skilled individual to join their friendly and professional team.
As a Welder/Fabricator, you\'ll play a key part in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring top-quality workmanship. Reporting directly to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will:

Carry out TIG welding and general fabrication tasks using hand and power tools

Interpret drawings, take precise measurements, and assemble components accurately

Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail

Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team

Be flexible and willing to assist with other workshop duties as required
On-site training for specific fabrication equipment will be provided where necessary.
About You:-
Minimum 2 years\' fabrication experience (preferred)

Strong welding skills – TIG welding experience essential

Good mechanical understanding and basic math skills

Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Must have the right to work in the UK

A weld test will be part of the interview process
