We are seeking a passionate and proactive couple to fill the roles of General Manager and Head Chef, working together to uphold and enhance the pub's reputation for exceptional food and service. These live-in positions require a dynamic duo capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee daily operations of front of house and kitchen
- Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Manage key performance indicators including budgets, wastage, and gross profit
- Drive the business forward, pushing for growth and excellence
- Handle accommodation bookings and guest relations
