Key Responsibilities:- Execute reactive and maintenance drainage tasks efficiently and promptly
- Provide emergency drainage repairs and maintenance
- Maintain clear communication with our 24-hour helpdesk team and update job statuses accurately using our app
- Leverage your drainage and plumbing expertise to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera inspections
- Demonstrate skill in high-pressure water jetting techniques
- Support for certifications and ongoing professional development
