Sales Development Representative – Interact Software

Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through account‑based sales, using calls, email and social media to target prospects and manage interaction.
- Conduct daily consistent outreach to prospective customers via calls, emails and social media activity.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target and engage prospects, building accounts with associated target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, Salesforce (SFDC) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Build and evaluate the effectiveness of sales sequences, creating and testing new messages.
- Qualify and develop leads in conjunction with Marketing campaigns.
- Conduct high‑level conversations with C‑level executives, VPs and directors within our ICP.
- Identify customer needs and present Interact solutions in a compelling way.
- Arrange quality meetings that turn into opportunities and product demos for account executives.
- Assist and participate in product demos and handoff meetings; ensure AEs are fully briefed on past conversations with prospects.
- Consistently meet daily phone call, email and social media outreach KPIs and qualified opportunity quota goals.
- Maintain consistent records in Salesforce and adhere to tracking and reporting expectations.

- Familiarity with professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Creative, inquisitive, and willing to try new outreach methods.
- A natural and persuasive communicator.
- Resilient; able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, motivated attitude.
- Collaborative and eager to work as part of a wider team (inbound, sales, marketing).
