We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D and People Partner to take the lead in shaping talent management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies at Interact. This role involves fostering diverse talent pipelines, coaching leaders, and creating inclusive, high-performing teams that will help us to continue delivering a best in class service to our customers.

You will collaborate with leaders to elevate employee experience, culture, and engagement by championing an inclusive workplace and leveraging data insights to drive ongoing improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team, delivering expert advice, coaching, and strategic guidance to build high-skilled teams while supporting and driving transformational change across the business.

This is an individual contributor role and will suit a hands-on L&D specialist that is ready to take the next step in their career. This will include a mix of strategic thinking and operational delivery.

A little about you…

  • Experienced L&D practitioner with minimum 5 years’ experience working as an L&D professional, ideally in a professional services environment or a tech business.
  • Proven record of partnering with the business and driving employee engagement.
  • Expertise in employee listening / voice strategy, data analytics and strategic alignment.
  • Expertise in shaping and developing company culture.
  • Some experience of acting as an HR Advisor or HRBP, ideally including ER cases.
  • Degree level or equivalent.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders and cultures – Interact operates across different geographies (UK, US, Poland, Dubai).
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practice (essential for UK).
  • Excellent Microsoft skills including Excel / Word / PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency in human resources software and systems, including L&D tools.

About the role…

  • Shape and lead the L&D strategy, fostering a high-performance environment through performance management, development programmes, and talent planning.
  • Collaborate with the People Director to develop and implement a talent and succession framework.
  • Support leaders in aligning organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures, and processes with company strategy.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and advise on training solutions for teams.
  • Design and deliver leadership programmes and cost-effective training packages for a global software business.
  • Introduce innovative training methods to maximise impact for employees and the business.
  • Promote L&D initiatives to enhance organisational capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Advocate for a coaching culture to support growth and development.
  • Use data insights to evaluate learning interventions and improve effectiveness.
  • Enhance the employee listening strategy through surveys, focus groups, and engagement planning.
  • Support the People Director in building a culture aligned with company values, promoting collaboration, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Manage engagement tools and provide leaders with actionable insights from analytics.
  • Review market needs and recommend an LMS to support the L&D function.
