We are looking for an Account Executive who possesses exceptional communication skills, can nurture a pipeline of opportunities across a wide range of geographies and sectors, and consistently close 5‑6 figure ARR deals. You will lead discovery, complex sales cycles including demos, business case presentations and paper processes, and be confident owning the room and challenging prospects.
A Little About You
- Consistently closed 5‑6 figure ARR deals
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience successfully selling enterprise SaaS software for a challenger brand or similar
- Self‑motivation and a hunger to succeed
- A builder attitude, excited to seek out insight and learnings and turn them into process and collateral for others to follow
- Experience building, managing and closing large deals in line with the MEDDPICC sales qualification framework
- Experience working alongside services to close deals quickly
- Great communication skills
- Confident in figuring out and owning new ways of working
- Willingness to be coached and learn
Deliverables
- Hit ARR quota
- Fully lead end‑to‑end sales process
- Generate 1 outbound meeting / month
About the role
- Build trust with prospects with a consultative sales approach
- Build your own pipeline to supplement any leads allocated to you
- Conduct meetings both online and occasionally on‑site
- Keep your CRM data up to date
- Work with other members of the team
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer; work closely with Customer Success and Support teams
- Forecast your sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
