We're an established fintech success story. We've built a culture where work/life balance is real, and we've created a brand-new Platform Cloud Engineering Lead role to shape the next stage of our infrastructure.
The role
You'll set the direction for our cloud platform and the standards behind it, with real influence over architecture, security, and FinOps and a clear tech roadmap to deliver against. It's roughly 70% hands-on engineering and 30% leading a growing team of 6. You'll write some code, solve hard problems, and help your team do their best work.
What you'll do
- Lead cloud, infrastructure, and platform migrations
- Design scalable AWS architecture and the operational practices that keep it reliable
- Drive best practice in Terraform, infrastructure as code, and GitHub orchestration
- Shape our security posture and FinOps approach
- Coach, mentor, and grow team members.
