Following this success, they are looking for a Service Designer to help shape and mature their service design capability.
You'll join a multidisciplinary team of UX consultants, service designers, digital innovation consultants, project managers, solution architects, visual designers and developers. They have a strong track record of delivering award-winning digital services that meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
You will:
- Play a key role in growing an established service design practice.

- Enjoy real autonomy, working directly with senior stakeholders and civil servants from day one.
- Help solve meaningful public sector challenges and shape new digital services.
You'll have experience across the service design lifecycle, including user research, ethnography, workshop facilitation, journey mapping, ideation and high-level prototyping. A background in interaction or UX design is also welcome if you've developed strong research and service design skills.
