We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Developer to take ownership of the design, delivery, and technical direction of core business applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and integrated enterprise systems. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with the ability to guide developers, shape architecture, and deliver robust solutions across multiple workstreams.
Role overview
Working closely with Developers and Business Analysts, you will act as the senior technical authority within the team, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to the wider technology roadmap. You will lead complex design and build activity, mentor developers, and provide technical direction across Dynamics, integrations, and platform extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and integrated systems.

- Lead the implementation of plugins, workflows, integrations, and platform extensions.
