We are looking for a Lead Customer Project Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of our customer implementation and change portfolio. You will ensure projects and programmes land on time, in scope, on budget, and to a high-quality standard while shaping how our customers learn to get the most out of our products.

This is a hybrid leadership role: part portfolio/project management, part training and consultancy, part people leadership. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and your own team to turn complex requirements into clear implementation plans, effective training, and measurable success.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of customer implementations and change initiatives, including planning, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Define and own the approach to customer learning facilitation methods, learning materials, and how training effectiveness and adoption are measured.
  • Design and deliver training pathways that drive product uptake, satisfaction, and retention, refining them based on feedback and adoption data.
