Job Description

We're looking for a Business Systems Manager to join my client based in Milton Keynes on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people management skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

You'll be responsible for managing system support activities and improving business processes. You'll act as a subject matter expert on systems including Dynamics 365, and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Support and guide colleagues in using Dynamics 365.
Ensure business systems are used effectively and efficiently.
Manage change requests and work closely with the IT department.
Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain up-to-date process maps and user guides.
Oversee ServiceNow tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
