We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst to help collect, cleanse and analyse data from multiple business systems, and turn it into clear, accurate reporting and insights. You'll develop automated dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL and Excel, support operational, management and board reporting, and help improve data quality, governance and GDPR compliance. You'll also work with systems such as HubSpot, Xero and APIs, supporting invoicing, CRM reporting, UAT and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing SQL queries and transforming datasets.
  • Building dashboards, KPIs and performance reports.
  • Supporting data cleansing, validation and audit processes.
  • Identifying trends, insights and automation opportunities.
  • Producing process documentation and supporting user adoption.
