Senior Contract Product Manager – Inside IR35 – up to £600 per day 12‑month contract | Mainly remote (UK‑based)

We\’re looking for aSenior Product Managerto join our end client\’s excitingnew SaaS platform launch, starting as soon as possible on aninitial 12‑month contract. This role isinside IR35and offers amainly remote working arrangement, with occasional client collaboration days as required. Domain knowledge in construction and carbon with SaaS is non-negotiable.

The Opportunity

You\’ll play a pivotal role in translatingniche domain requirementsinto adata‑heavy SaaS product. This is a senior post requiring deep product leadership, robust stakeholder management, and the ability to engagedaily with C‑Suite stakeholders.

Working closely with theCTO, Product Owner, and cross‑functional teamsacross design and engineering, you\’ll define product strategy, deliver key features, and ensure every release aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own theproduct strategy and roadmap, embedding domain expertise in decision‑making.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionableuser stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage relationships withsenior stakeholders, including the C‑Suite, navigating conflicting priorities with confidence.
• Collaborate withUX/UI, data, and engineeringteams to deliver intuitive and high‑impact product experiences.
• Drivedata‑driven decision‑making, monitoring product performance and adapting strategy accordingly.
• Identify risks early and recommend clear, strategic solutions.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience

• Senior‑level Product Manager(5+ years) withinSaaSor similar digital platform environments.
• Proven experiencetranslating niche domain insightsinto scalable, data‑rich SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience withcomplex stakeholder management, includingdaily interactions with the C‑Suite.
• Domain knowledge in construction and carbonwithin a SaaS context —non‑negotiable requirement.
• Deep experience inAgile delivery, with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and influence at senior levels.

Desired Background

• Familiarity withBill of Quantities, Bill of Materials, BIM models, or estimation tools is a plus.
• Strong academic background or equivalent hands‑on experience.
