Role Overview
We are seeking seven Mid-Level Project Managers to support a major programme upgrading the application and cloud infrastructure of a radiology system within the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of critical healthcare technology across the UK.
Working Hours
- 5 roles: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
- 2 roles: Evening and weekend working (typically Thursday/Friday evenings and partial weekend hours; final schedule to be confirmed once the project scope is complete)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery for the radiology system application and cloud infrastructure upgrade.
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate across multiple technical and business teams in a remote setting.
- Create and maintain clear project documentation, reporting, and communication structures.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Adapt and manage resources effectively in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects within the NHS or healthcare sector, or a minimum of 3 years in software project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans and ensuring timely execution of deliverables in fast-paced settings.
