Job Overview
Urgently required: Lead UX/UI Product Designer for a London-based private health client. Must have extensive B2B enterprise end-to-end experience! This is a fully remote role within a great team setup. The position is part of a large-scale transformation project, playing a pivotal role. As the Lead UX and Product Designer, you will work on a complex SaaS platform aimed at simplifying user experience. We seek a highly motivated and proactive Principal Lead Designer comfortable with end-to-end delivery in B2B and B2B2C environments.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Extensive experience as a user-centric designer capable of redesigning complex systems with many functions.
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate assumptions and collaborate with engineering and product teams on trade-offs.
- Focus on high-quality output and visually considered designs suitable for engineering implementation.
- Expertise in design, with a focus on leading a team and extensive user journey mapping skills.
- Approach design with flexibility, using processes as tools to achieve client goals.
- Ability to translate ideas from executive level to junior BAs.
- Good emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Service Design, storyboarding, product modeling, running workshops, design sign-offs, and stakeholder engagement.
Additional Details
The client is interviewing immediately. Salary is circa £75-90k, plus 6% matched pension, healthcare, bonus, and other benefits.
