London based global software house are seeking an AWS Senior DevOps Platform Engineer Architect (Fully Remote) who enjoys code, working on POCs, everything cloud and working with Automation, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus etc.
Do you have experience with Open-Source code or infrastructure as a whole and want to work wholeheartedly with AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes? You will be leading a team of several engineers technically.
This role involves working on:
- A large migration from AWS ECS to Kubernetes: We have an ambitious goal to migrate most of our platform to Kubernetes by the end of the year, as using AWS ECS has been slowing us down.
- Bolstering our security and deployments for Enterprise: We intend to close more enterprise deals and will create a deployment method that maintains developer velocity while providing reassurances to security-conscious customers.
- Keeping the lights on as we scale to bigger customers: A crucial part of this role is to ensure that our systems remain reliable while working with engineering teams to drive quality and solve problems.
