Our client, a government-funded public sector organisation, is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their team on an initial 3month fully remote contract with extensions highly likely.You'll be joining a mature agile delivery team, working alongside two UX Designers, a Junior UX Researcher and two Front End Developers. This role is heavily research-focused, with responsibility for planning and leading research activities that inform the design and development of user-centred digital services.You'll be passionate about user research and experienced in selecting the right research methods to answer complex questions, including: Usability testing In-depth user interviews Diary studies User groups Remote research and evaluation Quantitative and qualitative research You'll work closely with designers and developers to ensure research insights translate into effective digital experiences.We're looking for someone with: 3-4+ years' experience in UX Research, User Research or Usability.
