We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking London-based fintech company. This is a mostly remote role (you must be UK based) with once a month get togethers at their HQ in central London. The Product Owner will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for the external customers. Working within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred, innovative digital solutions that align with the business strategy. You will be required to possess – Proven experience working in a Scrum or Agile team. Familiarity with digital product management techniques, such as Lean Startup. An understanding of database design and information modelling. Experience in financial services or pensions, and working in a regulated environment, is highly desirable. Experience defining, prioritising, and managing product backlog items, ensuring they are clear, feasible, and aligned with the engineering team’s capabilities.
