We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help shape and deliver modern, user-centred digital platforms. Working a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 from home) for a company based in central Milton Keynes, you will provide technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, designing secure, scalable and accessible solutions that balance business needs, regulation and best practice.
Working in a design-led, cloud-first environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, UX and delivery partners to ensure architectural integrity from concept to go-live.
You will:
- Design scalable, API-first, cloud-native digital solutions (Azure).
- Lead architectural design and assurance across delivery teams.
- Champion accessibility, sustainability and inclusive design (WCAG).
- Guide teams on DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and SaaS platforms.
- Provide technical oversight, governance and vendor assurance.
- Promote reuse, low-code/no-code solutions and reduction of technical debt.
You must have:
- Extensive experience designing and delivering digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore or similar CMS platforms.
- Proven expertise in secure, cloud-native and API-led architectures.
- Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary and multi-vendor teams.
- Understanding of digital engagement tools (analytics, consent, personalisation).
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and pragmatically.
