My fast-growing FinTech client is hiring a Lead React Frontend Engineer to guide a team of 4-6 engineers. You'll spend 70% hands-on coding and 30% leading, working on a modern React/TypeScript stack to build scalable, user-focused applications. Largely a remote role with monthly meet-ups at their London HQ.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers.
- Write clean, scalable React code (TypeScript).
- Collaborate across Product, Design & Backend teams.
- Shape frontend architecture and dev practices.
