Principal .Net Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Principal .Net Engineer to shape technical strategy, drive engineering excellence and influence the evolution of my clients UK digital products and platforms.
You will -
- Own and evolve technical architecture across .NET products and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership across engineering squads, driving design decisions and engineering best practice.
- Lead modernisation, cloud adoption, DevOps improvements and technical debt reduction.
- Champion scalability, security, performance and software quality.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver innovative, resilient solutions.
- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across the organisation.
You must have -
- Extensive experience with C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core and enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in Azure, APIs, distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
- A proven track record of technical leadership across complex platforms or multiple teams.
- Champion engineering excellence, security, DevOps and continuous improvement.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
