We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Landscape Team Leader to join our operations team. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality landscaping work, supervising a small team, and maintaining strong client relationships on‑site.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of landscaping tasks on‑site, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards.
- Manage one Operative, lead daily operations, and act as the key contact for client communication.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding landscape work.
- Manage tools, materials, and machinery effectively.
- Communicate with clients and uphold professional standards.
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
- Support improvements and share best practices.
- Monitor site activity, reporting any issues to your Site Manager.
