Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location: Middle Road

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account management
  • Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
  • Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
  • Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
  • Conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
  • Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
  • Achieving and hitting sales targets

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, resourceful and initiative
  • Great team players
