Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account management
- Liaising and managing the business relationship between clients and candidates
- Cold calling and business development activities to connect with new clients to establish relationships
- Business development through sourcing for new clients and developing long term relationships with potential candidates
- Conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
- Overseeing the selection process from the beginning to the end, headhunting/sourcing for suitable candidates, conducting interviews and assessing the aptness of potential candidates
- Achieving and hitting sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience working in a sales or business development role is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, resourceful and initiative
- Great team players
