Locations: IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team.
An IKEA food co‑worker prepares and serves food, maintains cleanliness and safety standards, interacts with customers, and supports team operations to ensure a positive dining experience for all.
WHAT WE OFFERStart date of employment will be: 12th of July. Competitive hourly rate of £14.15 per hour. 12 hours weekend only. 18 hours evenings and weekends, working 4 days over 7 – evenings and both weekend days. All part‑time contracts will receive every 4th weekend off. Flexibility to match your life and our business needs can be discussed during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE- Previous food and customer service experience can be beneficial, but we are open to candidates who demonstrate readiness to be actively involved in the work.

- Ability to remain organised and detail‑oriented, even when things get busy.
- The role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food.
