Are you a skilled organizer who enjoys creating efficient spaces? We’re seeking Planners who can turn chaos into culinary masterpieces and wardrobe wonders! If you can juggle frying pans, floor plans, and fashion with equal finesse, this is the role for you. Given the small size of the unit, we need team members who can handle multiple roles on their own and oversee daily operations reliably. You will be handling all aspects of running a small unit from planning to customer service and opening/closing duties.

- The starting salary for this role is £22,598 per annum, based on skills and experience.
- Part Time: 32 hours working 5 days per week including evenings and alternate weekends.

What you’ll need to have
- You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
- You have experience working in a customer oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
- You have the ability to take initiative and adjust to new ways of working, able to both find solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate to the customer.
- You have a willingness to learn and work with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Planning Tools.
What you’ll be doing on the day to day
- Planning & Designing kitchens & wardrobes for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
- You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
- You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
- You will support the overall customer shopping experience in the Planning and Order Point by completing other tasks when needed this may include replenishing products, picking and handing out orders, supporting with general customer enquiries.
