IKEA Doncaster DC are looking to welcome Warehouse Assistants working part-time to join our hard‑working fulfilment team to secure the launch of our new Customer Distribution Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to build a future‑ready operation that delivers excellent availability, customer‑focused service, and an inspiring workplace for our co‑workers.
What we offer:
- Start Date of employment will be: 06th of July 2026.
- £15,736.50 per annum with an additional forklift allowance of £146.25 per month, 22.5 hour contract.
- £13,988.00 per annum with an additional forklift allowance of £130.00 per month, 20 hour contract.
- £10,491.00 per annum with an additional forklift allowance of £97.50 per month, 15 hour weekend only contract.
- 22.5 hours per week working 3 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Working rotational shifts of 06:30am - 14:30pm and 12:30pm - 20:00pm.
- 20 hours per week working 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends. Working set shifts of 10:00am - 14:00pm.
- 15 hours per week working weekend only, Saturday and Sunday working rotational shifts of 06:30am - 14:30pm and 12:30pm - 20:00pm.

What you’ll need to have:
- Previous warehouse and MHE experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen where tasks move quickly.
- Ability to stay on top of things—quick to prioritise, organised, and always tuned in to the little details that make a big difference.
- Be able to manage your own workload and stay motivated, ready to contribute both solo and with our team.
- Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Receiving goods with accuracy, picking and packing orders, unloading and loading of trailers and keeping accurate records of stock levels.
- Manual Handling of heavy stock. Training will be provided.
- Working with or around heavy machinery, such as forklifts, counterbalance trucks, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for our co‑workers.
