IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome Early Morning Warehouse/Store Replenishment Operatives to join our hard‑working Fulfilment Operations team. Please note the group interview time is on 10 July in the morning before 10:00 a.m. If invited to interview, we would require you to be able to attend at this time.

Benefits
  • Start date of employment will be: Sunday, 26 July 2026.
  • £13.45 an hour.
  • Night shift allowance of £2.25 between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
  • 16–18 hour a week contracts, working 3 out of 4 weekends per month.
  • This is an early morning role, with shifts between 4:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Motivation to make things happen in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Self‑reliant, motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Physical, hands‑on role: enjoying moving pallets and products around the store to sales locations.
  • Over the age of 18.
Day‑to‑day duties
  • Performing stock replenishment in our warehouse and shop floor – a heavy manual handling role.
  • Contribute to highest goods availability through accurate and on‑time replenishment using the provided systems.
  • Work with or around heavy machinery such as forklift trucks and pump trucks to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both customers and co‑workers.
