Job Description

Inter/Arch Jobs is the world’s leading job board for the built environment, connecting top talent in architecture, engineering, design, and construction with employers across the globe. As we expand our footprint in the UK, we’re opening a new regional office in Crowborough, East Sussex – and we’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to help us grow.


The Role


As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our UK operations, helping to deliver high-quality talent to our clients. You’ll be working closely with our Managing Director and recruitment team to identify, engage, and manage candidates while providing essential support for client hiring campaigns.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Candidate sourcing & engagement – using our extensive database, job boards, and LinkedIn to find top talent.
  • Screening & shortlisting candidates for roles in architecture, design, engineering, and construction.
  • Database management – keeping our candidate pool fresh and up to date.
  • Supporting client campaigns – coordinating job postings, managing responses, and assisting with recruitment projects.
  • Market research & insights – helping us stay ahead of hiring trends in the built environment sector.


About You


We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Confident communicating with candidates and clients in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Comfortable using recruitment software, databases, and LinkedIn (training will be provided).
  • Excited by the idea of joining a growing business and making an impact.
  • Ideally experienced in recruitment, resourcing, or a client-focused role (though training will be provided).
