Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Account Manager to support the success, retention, and growth of our enterprise client base. Working closely with Sales, this role is responsible for building strong client relationships, driving adoption of Intentsify’s solutions, and translating intent data and campaign performance into clear business value. You will play a key role in identifying expansion opportunities and supporting commercial growth. This is a highly collaborative role, suited to someone who enjoys combining client engagement, data analysis, and strategic thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Leverage Intentsify’s intent data and platform insights to provide strategic, data-driven guidance.
  • Translate campaign performance and intent signals into clear insights and recommendations that drive measurable client outcomes.
  • Lead client meetings including performance reviews, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Intentsify’s data, software, and activation solutions across client organisations and stakeholders.
  • Educate and evangelise the value of intent data across client teams and the wider buying group.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales to progress them.
  • Provide strategic oversight of campaign setup, targeting, and execution in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Recommend optimisation strategies based on data insights and campaign performance.
  • Provide guidance on content strategy, messaging, and keyword development based on intent insights.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
  • Produce high-impact reporting (QBRs, end-of-campaign reports) that clearly demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Campaign Management, and specialist teams (e.g. media, activation, data) to deliver successful programmes.
  • Bring client feedback and insights back into the business to inform product and process improvements.
  • Proactively track customer satisfaction, engagement, and overall account health.
  • Drive customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and success stories.

Commercial Contribution (Non-Quota Carrying)

  • Supports Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strong client engagement and programme success.
  • Identifies and qualifies expansion opportunities within accounts.
  • Partners with Sales on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
  • Provides insight, stakeholder alignment, and data to strengthen commercial conversations.

Required Experience

  • 3-5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services within B2B marketing, SaaS, or data environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, or marketing programmes.
  • Experience interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to supporting commercial conversations (e.g. renewals, upsell).

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to tell a clear, compelling story with data.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
