Hello! Tom Seebold here, I am the founder of Intentive, a specialist CRM consultancy based in London. We are on a mission to redefine the consultancy experience for a new generation of digital brands, large and small, and I am looking for an awesome individual to become my first permanent hire.
A bit about Intentive: We are not a batch-and-blast email agency. We are strategic and tactical in equal measure, and we use our expertise with MarTech to rapidly test new content ideas in front of real people, throughout the consumer lifecycle. We interrogate data across variants to understand what is working, and double-down to produce game-changing results. Dedication to the customer feedback loop is what propels us - using agile methodology and operating in cross-functional squads using sprints, we give ourselves as many opportunities to gather and harness our clients' feedback.
Our future CRM Account Manager: The reason we are hiring in-house is to meet growing demands and new clients, and help refine our processes to sustainably scale up. This role will be perfect for someone with around 3-4 years CRM and/or email marketing experience, and someone looking for a fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy.
How you will make a huge difference:
- You will directly manage campaigns, automated flows, and develop deep relationships with our clients across a variety of sectors.
- You will help them achieve their goals and surpass their expectations of our service.
- You will take pride in your work and have a meticulous level of detail in everything you do.
- You will be confident in collaborating with our freelance team of designers and copywriters to craft fantastic campaigns that deliver value and drive revenue.
- You will also enjoy working with engagement and revenue data to produce regular performance reports for our clients.
A bit more about you: You will be based in the UK and have strong communication skills in English. You will already have a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, and ideally you have cut your teeth on an ESP or two. Right now, we partner with Klaviyo and Iterable, and we also leverage Hubspot and Braze, but please still apply if you have used other tools. While you are there, we will also arm you with our own proprietary playbook, The Intentive Approach, to help guide you and grow your expertise. If you are an entrepreneurial problem-solver, this could be the role for you. We need someone who can spot ways to become more efficient, and use technology to help us tighten up our working processes to help us be more efficient and deliver a better service.
What you will get:
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Remote but you must be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorships available).
- Salary between £34-38k, dependent on experience.
- Client revenue target bonus.
- New business acquisition bonus.
- 28 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
- Training allowance for CRM platform certifications or experimentation tools.
- Flexible working hours (core hours 10am-4pm GMT).
- Support for home working office equipment, if needed.
- Occasional co-working office space in London for in-person meet-ups.
How to apply: Apply exclusively through LinkedIn. Application process: We review your profile. Successful candidates will be asked to complete a short task and cover letter.
