Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO on deal‑related activities, including investor briefings, financial projections, and due diligence.
- Prepare and maintain investor‑ready data rooms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and robust data preparation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that underpin sound decision‑making and optimise deal terms.
- Lead corporate finance activities such as due diligence, warranty insurance, and share‑option schemes.
- Assist with operational finance projects to apply key financial and commercial controls in support of the Group’s Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications
- Strong background in corporate finance or deal advisory, ideally from a Big 4 accountancy firm.
- Proven experience in supporting deal preparation, progression, negotiation, and completion activities, including cross‑border deals.
- Deep understanding of investor expectations and data preparation for fundraising and acquisition transactions.
- Strong accounting and financial technical skills with awareness of the main tax and legal issues in corporate transactions.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with operational financial experience.
- Collaborative, hands‑on, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
