This will include the full spectrum of HR / People administration and the complete employee lifecycle such as drafting various update letters, background checks and references for new joiners and employee leaving processes and records.
- Recruitment support: Assist the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, candidate liaison, and supporting the Global Head of Talent as required.
- HR compliance: Together with the team, ensure our administration is in compliance with company policies and procedures and external requirements such as local employment law, ISO 27001 and SOC2 audits.
- Assist with various People projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and office experience programs.

- Handling office orders including the weekly food shop.
- Coordinating on-site events and meetings, including the quarterly Senior Leadership Onsite meetings.
- Supporting the Procurement (Facilities) team on an ad hoc basis, generally helping to maintain a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere.
