About the Role

We’re looking for a marketing‑focused Growth Engineer to drive measurable business impact across acquisition, activation, and revenue. This role is built for engineers who think like marketers, or marketers who think like engineers — people who care deeply about user behaviour, conversion, and growth metrics, and who use technology (especially AI) to move those numbers. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, engineering, product, and data — owning growth initiatives end‑to‑end. From ideation to experimentation to implementation, your work will directly influence how users discover, engage with, and derive value from our product, whilst guided by the overall marketing and business strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and enterprise pipeline growth.
  • Build and optimise marketing surfaces (landing pages, signup flows, pricing pages, onboarding journeys).
  • Run rapid experimentation cycles (A/B tests, funnel optimisations, messaging tests).
  • Use AI tools to generate ideas, build experiments, and accelerate execution.
  • Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve conversion rates and time‑to‑value across the user journey.
  • Engage marketing cross‑functionally whilst delivering as an individual contributor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing‑minded engineer/engineer‑minded marketer – you think in funnels, conversion rates, and user journeys, you deliver in code, workflows and APIs.
  • AI‑native – you actively use AI tools (e.g., for coding, analysis, content, experimentation) to 10x your output.
  • Entrepreneurial – proactive, scrappy, and focused on outcomes over process.
  • Experimental – comfortable launching imperfect ideas and iterating based on real‑world results.
  • Data‑driven – you rely on data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Curious – constantly exploring new tools, channels, and growth tactics.
Skills & Experience
  • Engineering: Strong coding skills with the ability to ship quickly across the stack. Experience building and iterating on web experiences (e.g., landing pages, funnels). Comfortable integrating APIs, automation tools, and AI workflows.
  • Marketing & Growth: Strong understanding of growth loops, funnels, and user acquisition strategies. Experience with SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and lifecycle marketing. Ability to connect technical work directly to marketing outcomes. Experience applying this in B2B mid and enterprise markets.
  • Data & Analytics: Experience designing and analysing experiments. Strong understanding of metrics like CAC, activation rate, retention, and LTV. Ability to derive insights from user and marketing data.
  • Product & UX: Good instincts for user experience, messaging, and conversion design. Ability to independently make product and design trade‑offs.
