The Opportunity Intent HQ is undergoing a transformation to become an AI-native organisation—one where humans and AI agents work seamlessly together to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is not a small initiative; it’s a fundamental shift in how we operate. The AI Transformation Enablement Lead is responsible for ensuring our people are ready, equipped, and excited to thrive in this new world. You will own the “Enable” pillar of our AI-native transformation, leading all training, communications, and change management efforts that help every person at Intent HQ build confidence and capability with AI tools and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Transformation & Capability Building: Own and deliver the full enablement curriculum, including foundational AI Literacy training (for all staff), training for building and troubleshooting agents across multiple workflow automation platforms, process re‑enablement, and management & governance training for agentic systems.
- 1:1 Support & Coaching: Provide direct support to individuals and teams as they adopt new tools and ways of working. Run office hours, maintain support channels, and create self‑serve resources that scale your impact.
- Adoption Tracking & Accountability: Build and maintain systems to track training completion, tool adoption, and on‑the‑job application of learning. Partner with leaders to review adoption data, identify lagging areas, and implement targeted interventions.
- Role Evolution & Organisational Readiness: Partner with People/HR to update job descriptions as roles evolve in an AI‑native context. Support leaders in communicating changes to their teams with clarity.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across all levels—from individual contributors to senior leadership. Manage competing priorities and timelines across multiple workstreams.
About You:

Experience:
- 4+ years in learning & development, organisational development, change management, enablement, or a related field.
- Proven track record designing and delivering training programmes that drive measurable behaviour change.
- Experience supporting organisational transformation, technology adoption, or cultural change initiatives.
Technical Experience:
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools for real work tasks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles and how to design effective AI instructions.
A plus if you have:
- Background in a technical or technical‑adjacent role.
- Experience in a technology company or with technology‑driven transformation.
- Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or coaching.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to design practical, engaging learning experiences.
