What the job involves

Intent HQ is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to support the Head of D&C and VP Delivery in building scalable, efficient delivery operations. This role combines project & programme administration, reporting and communications with hands‑on involvement in automation and AI enablement initiatives. The intern will help identify opportunities to reduce manual effort across Delivery workflows, support tooling evaluations, and contribute to proof‑of‑concept projects that improve operational efficiency. The position directly supports & plays an important role in helping the Delivery organisation establish repeatable, automated processes as it continues to scale.

Delivery Operations & Administration

  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Delivery function
  • Maintain delivery documentation, trackers and governance materials
  • Coordinate and administer recurring delivery activities and meetings
  • Ensure project and operational records remain accurate and up to date

Reporting & Communications

  • Produce and distribute regular delivery and operational reports
  • Support internal communications across Delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Gather, validate and consolidate data for management reporting
  • Assist in preparing presentations, summaries and updates for leadership teams

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive delivery and processes
  • Support the design, testing and implementation of workflow automations
  • Document existing and future‑state processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Delivery organisation

Tooling & AI Enablement

  • Assist with evaluations of delivery, project management and productivity tools
  • Support proof‑of‑concept initiatives exploring AI‑enabled ways of working
  • Conduct research, testing and documentation of potential solutions
  • Help assess the effectiveness and adoption of new tools and processes
