Working closely with client technology leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners, you will drive transformation across data platforms, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI‑enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture for advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and MLOps, ensuring production‑grade robustness and reliability.
  • Establish AI governance, data management, and responsible AI frameworks, covering security, privacy, explainability, and model risk controls.
  • Translate business outcomes into clear architecture patterns, reference architectures, and enterprise standards.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CRO, Heads of Data/AI) on AI & Data transformation decisions and trade‑offs.
  • Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies across data engineering, AI, analytics, and integration layers.
  • Produce and maintain high‑quality architecture artefacts, including target‑state designs, transition roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
  • Support large‑scale transformation initiatives such as platform modernisation, cloud migration, and enterprise AI adoption programmes.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise or Lead Architect on AI & Data programmes, preferably within banking or financial services (BFSI).
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouse, data warehouses, streaming, metadata management, and data governance.
  • Hands‑on experience designing AI/ML/GenAI architectures, including model lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
  • Experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), leveraging native data and AI services.
  • Solid understanding of security, privacy, regulatory, and risk considerations relevant to BFSI (data protection, model risk, auditability, and compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, agile delivery models, and architectural governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage credibly at executive (CxO) level.
  • 15+ years in enterprise architecture, data, and AI leadership roles.
  • Extensive BFSI transformation experience across large, complex programmes.
  • Proven CxO advisory capability and experience influencing at the highest levels.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, data products/platforms, and AI/GenAI solutions in highly regulated environments.
