We are looking for a seasoned Technofunctional JD Edwards Expert with strong hands-on experience in Sales & Distribution (S&D) and Manufacturing modules to join our ERP transformation project in Romania.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Technofunctional lead for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne – S&D and Manufacturing modules
- Study procurement, sales, distribution & manufacturing processes and map them to JDE
- Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes
- Perform design validation, identify improvements, and drive business process excellence
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, test scripts, and conduct End-to-End testing
- Impart training to super users
- Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot issues via ticketing system
- Create, schedule, monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs
- Manage production incidents, system outages, job failures, and data defects
- Lead a small team and maintain regular client connect
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely case resolution
Requirements
- 10+ years of strong Technofunctional experience in JD Edwards (S&D + Manufacturing)
- Deep knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne business processes
- Good exposure to Retail Industry processes (highly preferred)
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, training, testing & production support
- Ability to lead teams and manage client communications effectively
- Familiarity with testing tools and job scheduling is a plus
