We are looking for a seasoned Technofunctional JD Edwards Expert with strong hands-on experience in Sales & Distribution (S&D) and Manufacturing modules to join our ERP transformation project in Romania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Technofunctional lead for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne – S&D and Manufacturing modules
  • Study procurement, sales, distribution & manufacturing processes and map them to JDE
  • Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes
  • Perform design validation, identify improvements, and drive business process excellence
  • Prepare training materials, SOPs, test scripts, and conduct End-to-End testing
  • Impart training to super users
  • Provide L2/L3 application support, troubleshoot issues via ticketing system
  • Create, schedule, monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs
  • Manage production incidents, system outages, job failures, and data defects
  • Lead a small team and maintain regular client connect
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely case resolution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strong Technofunctional experience in JD Edwards (S&D + Manufacturing)
  • Deep knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne business processes
  • Good exposure to Retail Industry processes (highly preferred)
  • Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, training, testing & production support
  • Ability to lead teams and manage client communications effectively
  • Familiarity with testing tools and job scheduling is a plus
