MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: Due to a restructure within the Operations Department, we are seeking a Buyer to join our team.
The role will support the Factory Manager and wider Operations Team by managing supplier performance, ensuring timely and complete supplier deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The postholder will liaise with Technical and Sales teams on new product development and sourcing, maintain and update the Approved Supplier List, benchmark suppliers to achieve best value for components and services, and lead supplier review processes.
