Responsibilities
- Complies with all specified FDCPA, state and city laws and provisions, as outlined in the Intelogix Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection Laws Statement, the Intelogix A/R Training program and the FDCPA Test.
- Assists the Operations Manager in the efficient operation of a Mini Office; supervision assigned Account Representatives and Skip Tracers.
- Assists in maintaining discipline of employees in the Mini Office and in supervising the proper application of the company’s policies and procedures.
- Assists the Operations Manager in the training and development of assigned new empoyees in the Mini Office.
- Assists in completion of required performance reviews for personnel in the Mini Office.
- Works a collection file and collects an assigned monthly budget.
- Performs other related duties/responsibilities, as required.
- Management reserves the right to change or modify the functions of this job as required to meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of InteLogix collection experience and or prior management experience.
- This position demands strong leadership ability with all levels of employees and management
- Demonstrated ability to obtain budgets, control NSF’s and prevent complaints.
- A strong aptitude for computer system such as Microsoft Office software,
- Must be able to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision,
- Must be able to work varied schedules, as required. Weekend schedules will be required.
- Less than 5 occurrences in over 90 days of employment or less than 2 occurrences in under 90 days of employment.
