The Primary role for OS Members is as follows:
- Execution of the Client Internal Field Test Plan including Data Mobility, Call Processing, and Data Tput.
- Execution of tests using Qualcomm/Client tools, primary log analysis for upper layers which includes registration procedures, RLF KPI Analysis, and Data Tput KPI analysis.
- Reporting issues on Client Internal QC system and working with R&D to get the complete fix/analysis for this issue.
- Testing requires the candidate to be in the field for ~4-5 days per week executing the Field Test Plan.
Soft Skills:
- Should be a team player and have good communication skills to communicate with different groups within Client and, if required, to work with carriers.
- Needs to have hands-on experience with different testing tools and some basic knowledge for analysis.
- Need to be comfortable in the field for the majority of the week executing test cases.
Hard Skills:
- Field Team requires knowledge of Qualcomm tools like QXDM, QPST, XCAL.
- KPI Analysis using tools like XCAP and QCAT.
