Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Technical Program Management (TPM)
- Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise platform initiatives (e.g., Salesforce and Power Platform solutions) from inception through delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure all solutions meet enterprise quality standards, including QA, UAT, security, compliance, performance, and resiliency.
- Track and report program progress against defined objectives and KPIs.
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using established governance and change-control processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks; elevate issues appropriately.
- Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure the effectiveness of delivered solutions.
Technical Business Analysis
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for Salesforce and Power Platform initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and configuration teams.
- Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Facilitate alignment between business users and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements, constraints, and outcomes.
- Support solution design by validating requirements against platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop user documentation, training materials, and support content for new systems and enhancements.
Your Skills and Experience That Will Help You Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst delivering enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or platform capabilities) and/or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a complex enterprise environment.
