Are you ready to scale AI solutions for the Global Mining Industry? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Mining Technology Operations team. This isn't just about managing spreadsheets; it’s about deploying advanced AI-based software at scale across some of the most complex industrial environments on the planet. As we expand our portfolio at a global level, we need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between field-deployed engineers, data scientists, and global customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading Deployment: Own the end-to-end delivery of technology implementations, ensuring they hit budget and timeline targets.
  • Translating Complexity: Turn business requirements into technical specs and RFCs for our product and engineering teams.
  • Visualising Value: Build and maintain Grafana dashboards to show our customers exactly how our AI is optimising their operations.
  • Innovating Workflows: Leverage modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Risk & Strategy: Own the risk log, act as a control function, and contribute to Key Account strategies to drive long-term growth.

Who you are:

  • A Technical Expert: You have 5+ years in Project Management and software implementation, with a solid grasp of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Industry Savvy: You understand the nuances of large-scale industrial enterprises (bonus points for 5+ years in Mining software).
  • Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with BI tools and have a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles.
  • A Master Communicator: Whether it’s a technical report or a stakeholder presentation, you know how to manage expectations and drive results.
