Scope of Work:
- Manage visa- and work-permit–related matters for cross-border employment cases, covering both expatriate assignments and local hires.
- Independently process applications, renewals, and amendments for work authorization, residence permits, and dependent visas across relevant jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities, embassies/consulates, external agencies, and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth case handling.
- Review and interpret immigration and visa regulations, providing compliance-focused guidance throughout the process.
- Monitor application status, maintain case records, and organize supporting documentation.
- Provide procedural support and responses to individual visa-related inquiries, including entry, exit, and assignment-related needs.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in visa and work permit processing, with exposure to both overseas assignments and local employment scenarios.
- Familiarity with immigration laws, work authorization frameworks, and residence regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
