Requirements:
- Expert-level experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), including AAP 1.x, 2.4, and 2.6.
- Strong expertise in Automation Mesh architecture, execution node clustering, and enterprise-scale automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift administration and Operator-based deployments.
- Deep knowledge of Event-Driven Ansible (EDA) and Private Automation Hub (PAH).
- Advanced Ansible playbook development, modernization, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Strong experience with Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, including RHEL 8 to RHEL 9 upgrades.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL migrations, database administration, and application upgrade strategies.
- Experience integrating automation platforms with Git, CI/CD pipelines, CMDBs, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of security governance, RBAC, compliance frameworks, and auditing controls.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work UK business hours and be located within the UK or nearby time zones.
