Job Overview
We are currently looking for a meticulous Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be instrumental in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within a medical / clinical environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept spotless by following prescribed methods and schedules to meet our cleaning criteria.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to uphold high cleanliness levels throughout the premises.
- Follow specified frequencies and standards to clean designated areas effectively.
- Adhere diligently to cleaning procedures and standards set by the company.
- Efficiently utilize cleaning materials and promptly report low stock levels to supervisors.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order; report any malfunctions promptly.
- Empty and clean bins, segregating waste for recycling as needed.
- Clean internal glass, doors, windows, and ensure lights are turned off when not in use.
- Report any security-related issues observed to supervisors.
- Operate electrical and mechanical equipment after receiving proper training.
- Use approved cleaning materials following manufacturer's instructions and safety regulations.
- Maintain awareness of Health & Safety responsibilities for self and others.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or related roles is preferred, especially in medical / clinical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of customer service principles is advantageous for potential interactions with clients or guests.
