Join Our Growing Team at iWaste! iWaste is a fast-growing UK-wide specialist in electrical and electronic waste (WEEE) recycling. We provide businesses with simple, reliable and fully compliant waste collection and recycling services across the country. From IT equipment and electrical goods to batteries, bins and full site clearances, we collect and process a wide range of materials, helping customers dispose of waste safely and responsibly. We also support specialist projects including secure data destruction and equipment decommissioning.
At iWaste, you’ll be part of a practical, hands-on team that keeps businesses moving and the environment protected. No two days are the same, and every job plays a part in delivering essential nationwide recycling services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks — including oil, coolant, and AdBlue levels — and reporting any faults or damage promptly.
- Taking ownership of your assigned vehicle, ensuring it is kept clean and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Driving to and from customer and supplier locations across the UK, in line with UK driving regulations.
- Exchanging bins, emptying containers, loading loose equipment into stillages, and carrying out a range of general collection duties on customer sites.
- Managing an average of 3–4 jobs per day, starting from the furthest destination and working your way back to site (e.g., trips to South Wales or Birmingham).
- Loading vehicles securely using provided ratchet straps, ensuring all equipment is safe for transport.
- Using a company mobile to capture collection and delivery confirmations via site contact signatures (full training provided).

This role involves a mix of driving and hands-on work, and we expect every team member to represent iWaste with professionalism and courtesy at all times — whether dealing with customers, colleagues, or the general public.
The Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour days, working hours vary between 6am and 6pm (latest).
- No weekend work — ever.
- Full-time position with optional nights away (paid).
