They're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who has genuine production experience with Fabric: not simply implementing something and moving on, but supporting it, improving it and dealing with the operational realities that follow. You'll design, build and deploy production solutions yourself, while bringing enough experience to make good technical decisions, solve difficult engineering problems and provide guidance to other engineers.
