We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst with strong Microsoft Intune experience to join a well-established financial services organisation during a period of significant device rollout and end-user technology activity.

This isn't a traditional service desk role. You'll play a key part in building, deploying and managing end-user devices at scale, supporting a modern Microsoft environment and helping colleagues stay productive day to day.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently when needed, and confidently manage device provisioning and support across a busy organisation.

You will be joining a stable, well-established financial services and wealth management business with multiple offices across the UK. The IT team plays a central role in supporting colleagues and delivering reliable technology services, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
